Architecture

Three layers — one purpose

Layer 01

Jurisdiction & governance

Briefings on structures, control rights, risk framing, and local co-investment norms.

Layer 02

Curated investment access

Deep dives into a limited number of vetted cases — long-form Q&A, not stage pitching.

Layer 03

Relationship & continuity

Private peer exchange and an alumni circle enabling long-term access and repeat collaboration.

Palace Hotel Lucerne

Governance-first. Depth over volume.

Every session is designed to protect confidentiality and enable informed decision-making.

Program flow

Day by day

Day 0 Arrival & alignment

Private welcome dinner. Peer introductions. Confidentiality framework. Mandate alignment.

Day 1 Switzerland investment reality (family-office lens)

Legal structures (equity, convertibles, preferred), governance standards, typical term dynamics, cross-border practicalities (high level).

Day 2 Curated investment case deep dives

Six to eight cases presented as investor conversations: market logic, IP position, governance readiness, capital needs, risk disclosure. Optional 1:1 sessions.

Day 3 Institutions & strategic capital

Meet key ecosystem gatekeepers. Understand how corporate and public mechanisms interact with private capital. Transfer to the alpine setting.

Day 4 Alpine family office retreat

Closed-door FO sessions: portfolio construction, risk management in private markets, long-term optionality. Peer exchange. Alumni induction.

Day 5 Optional private extensions

Follow-up meetings, structuring clinics, selected visits (by relevance).

Request an invitation

The final schedule is shared after invitation to preserve discretion.

  • Product moat and IP position
  • Commercial traction and economics (where applicable)

  • Financing history and round logic
  • Risk register and mitigation

Depth over volume. Always.

Six to eight carefully selected cases. Long-form Q&A. No stage pitching.

After the week

Continuity — selectively

After the fellowship, access can continue where there is genuine alignment. We facilitate optional follow-ups and introductions on a curated basis.

Why Switzerland

A stable jurisdiction for long-term capital — with world-class IP creation.

The case

Why Switzerland — in four pillars

01

Rule-of-law and predictability

A governance environment suited to long-term stewardship.

02

High IP creation density

Strong scientific and industrial innovation, particularly in deeptech and life sciences.

03

Disciplined investment culture

Quality control, engineering rigour, and conservative governance norms.

04

Selective access

The challenge is rarely quality. It is access — which is what this fellowship is designed to solve.
